By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the betpri platform — including the betpri website, mobile interface, betting services, live casino, slot games, crash games, pool rummy, or any other product offered under the betpri brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betpri platform and close your betpri account. Continued use of betpri following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of betpri, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform, and any third party acting on behalf of a registered betpri account holder. betpri reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the betpri platform or by email to your registered address.

The betpri platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of betpri.
• You must be accessing betpri from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where betpri is legally prohibited from offering services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using betpri as a proxy or agent for a third party's gambling activity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from betpri or any affiliated platform.

betpri may use third-party age and identity verification services in connection with the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Your betpri account may be restricted pending completion of verification. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during the verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one betpri account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering a betpri account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your betpri account details and must promptly update any information that changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpri login credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. betpri will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your betpri account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must not share your betpri account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify betpri immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• betpri recommends enabling two-step verification on your betpri account for additional security.
• betpri employees will never ask for your full password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to betpri support immediately.

betpri accepts deposits via a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All betpri account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By making a deposit to your betpri account, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are depositing funds for the purpose of betting and gaming on betpri, not for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.
• The deposit is made from a payment method registered in your own name.

betpri processes deposits in good faith based on the information provided at the time of the transaction. Deposits that are subsequently found to be fraudulent, disputed, or reversed by your payment provider may result in the suspension or closure of your betpri account and the forfeiture of any associated balance or winnings.

betpri aims to process all withdrawal requests from verified accounts as promptly as possible. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. betpri reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all betpri withdrawal requests:

• Your betpri account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there is an active investigation relating to your betpri account.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must satisfy those requirements in full before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• betpri reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct enhanced due diligence where a withdrawal pattern raises concerns under betpri's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Winnings derived from technical errors, software malfunctions, or incorrectly priced markets may be voided at betpri's discretion prior to withdrawal.

All bets placed on the betpri platform are subject to betpri's sports betting rules and the specific market rules applicable to each event type. By placing a bet on betpri, you accept that betpri's decision on the outcome and settlement of all markets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

General betting rules applicable to all betpri sports markets include:

• A bet is confirmed only when betpri has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not yet confirmed are not binding on betpri.
• betpri reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a bet to be accepted at an incorrect price, betpri reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Cricket betting markets on the betpri platform — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets on betpri are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at betpri's discretion.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, betpri's settlement rules for that sport and market type will apply. Refer to betpri's specific sport rules for detailed settlement procedures.

betpri does not accept bets from individuals with insider knowledge of the event being bet upon. Any bet placed with the benefit of material non-public information relating to a sporting event or casino outcome is void and may result in the permanent suspension of your betpri account.

betpri offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Pakistani players from time to time. All betpri bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most betpri bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Eligibility: betpri bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. betpri reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each betpri account may claim each promotional offer only once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus Abuse: betpri actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value. betpri reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Expiry: All betpri bonuses carry an expiry date or activity deadline. Unused bonus funds that pass their expiry date will be removed from your betpri account balance without notice.
• Variation and Withdrawal: betpri reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that betpri will honour all bonuses already claimed under offer terms at the time of claim.

All casino games available on betpri — including slots, live table games, crash, and pool rummy — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. betpri does not operate games that have not passed independent RNG certification.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each betpri slot and casino game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game information panel. betpri does not alter or interfere with game RTP settings.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live casino session or crash game round, betpri's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Where a clear outcome cannot be established from system records, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your betpri account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpri platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one betpri account simultaneously or sequentially under different identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with betpri's betting or casino interfaces.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits on betpri.
• Colluding with other betpri players to fix match outcomes, manipulate live markets, or defraud betpri or its other players.
• Depositing funds to betpri from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity using the betpri platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to betpri's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any betpri communication channel.

All content on the betpri platform — including but not limited to the betpri brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of betpri or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betpri platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any betpri content.
• Use betpri's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any betpri software.
• Create derivative works based on betpri content or technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpri and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betpri platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or betting winnings due to platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions.
• Loss resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any unauthorised access to your betpri account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by betpri in the settlement of betting markets, provided such decisions were made in good faith and in accordance with betpri's published rules.

betpri provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betpri strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service availability, betpri does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

betpri reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any betpri account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing involvement.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• betpri's withdrawal from operating services in a particular market or territory.

You may voluntarily close your betpri account at any time by contacting betpri's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance after satisfaction of pending bet settlements and applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

betpri reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betpri will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the betpri platform or by email to the address registered on your betpri account.

Your continued use of the betpri platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept amended Terms & Conditions, you must stop using betpri and may request account closure as described in Section 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpri holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the betpri platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under betpri's gaming license.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or account matters, you must first submit a formal complaint to betpri's support team. betpri commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days. betpri's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation.
